Itinerary
Meet the group at the airport and board our flight to Gran Canaria
Upon our arrival in Las Palmas we will transfer to the hotel the 4* Bull Reina Isabel And Spa
Located on the beachfront of Las Canteras Beach in Las Palmas, Reina Isabel has a rooftop pool, a free spa and gym, and a sun terrace overlooking the Atlantic.
All air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Reina Isabel feature parquet floors and a balcony. They are equipped with flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer.
The hotel serves a buffet breakfast which includes cava, vodka and fresh orange juice. There are also buffet dinners and an à la carte-restaurant. The hotel has a poolside bar and a beachfront terrace bar.
Parasols, towels and loungers can be provided for use at the beach for free.
Throughout the tour we will be staying in twin rooms but there is an option to have a room to yourself for the trip. If you wish to have a room to yourself for the 7 nights the supplement will be £245. The supplement will be payable at the same time as the balance.
The Travel Buddies trips work on the basis that as long as you are having a good time then that is what matters, if you don’t feel like coming on one of the excursions or joining the rest of the group for dinner one evening then that is absolutely fine. This is an adventure for everyone and there is nothing worse than having to go somewhere/do something that you don’t really fancy!
Feel free to do as much or as little research as you like, some members will know what they would like to visit as soon as they book the trip, Others will just turn up at the airport and have not researched at all. Either is absolutely fine. We all have different ideas as to what constitutes a great time away!

Today we will enjoy a morning catamaran tour with dolphin watching. There will be the option to snorkel and swim and return transfers are included.

What to do on our free days?
Due to the perfect location of our hotel it is really easy to walk to or take a short bus ride to many attractions for those members of the group that prefer to to be a bit more active.
Let’s Visit Firgas to see the water fountain steps and beautiful mosaics.
There is an incredible aquarium called the Poema Del Mar “ Poem of the Sea” just 11 minutes walk from the hotel
Just a bus ride away is a wonderful Botanical Garden.
Or there are opportunities for stargazing and tours to visit volcanos.

Get back to nature as you visit the Guayadeque ravine at Agüimes. Learn more about the original inhabitants of the island and visit some of the ancient cave dwellings which are still used today.
Continue to the southern tip of the island, Maspalomas. Head to the scenic lookout, and take in the views of the vast sand dunes. Learn how the island of Gran Canaria served as a stop-off for travelers and explorers on their way to the Americas.
Travel next to the marina of Puerto Rico in the southwest of the island. Here, you can purchase a ticket for an optional short boat trip, where you can admire the views of the coastline.
Join our guide for a leisurely stroll around the port area, soaking in the ambiance of this quaint fishing village. Discover why Puerto de Mogán is known as the Venice of the South. Enjoy some free time here for lunch, or a swim on the beach.

Today those that would like to can take the bus to Vegueta, where there are local flea and food markets as well as the beautiful Santa Ana Cathedral.
Today we have free time after checking out before taking our private transfer to the airport for our flight home.
