Itinerary.
We will meet at the airport and board our flight to Entebbe Uganda.
On our arrival at Entebbe Airport, we will be met and welcomed by our representative. He will be our tour guide and driver for each day . After a brief introduction, we will be transferred to our preferred Hotel in Entebbe for some time to relax after the long flight before embarking on an afternoon Kampala City Tour. We will Visit the National Theatre, Independent monument, Uganda Parliament, Na]onal Museum, Namugongo Shrines, Kasubi tombs, Kabaka’s palace at Bulange Mengo, Rubaga Cathedral, Namirembe cathedral and Old Kampala Mosque the biggest mosque in East Africa.
Throughout the tour we will be staying in twin rooms but there is an option to have a room to yourself for the trip. If you wish to have a room to yourself for the 11 nights the supplement will be £650. The supplement will be payable at the same time as the balance.
❖ Boma Guest House 3-star
The drive from Entebbe to Kibale Forest National Park is a fascinating trip through Uganda’s different landscapes. Along the way, you’ll see the rolling hills, and big tea farms. The trip takes about 6 hours and shows off Uganda’s beautiful scenery, ending in the thick, tropical forest of Kibale, which is famous for its rich wildlife and lively environment.
Kibale Forest National Park is a home to 13 primate species including Mans’ closest cousins (Chimpanzees). The Forest is also a home to over 325 bird species including the rare Green Breasted Pitta. Arrive at our Lodge in the afternoon.

❖ Turaco Tree Tops for 3-star
Morning breakfast at our lodge and set out for a half day Chimpanzee tracking experience. We will be transferred to the park headquarters at Kanyanchu for a 30-40mins briefing and get to know more about the chimpanzees and their ways of living in the forest. After this, we will then embark on our journey to search for these primates through the forest. On spotting the chimps, we are given one hour to be with them as we take videos and pictures. Along the way other primate species can be spotted such as the Red tailed Monkeys, Blue Vervet Monkeys, and Black & White colobus Monkeys among others. Other animals that can be seen are Forest Elephants, Buffalos and a lot of bird species. After the tracking, return to our lodge for Lunch and in the afternoon set out for a nature and bird walk within the Bigodi Swamp.
The wetland is a project being run by local communities and is very known for its rich diversity of bird species and other primates. It also provides employment and job opportunities to the local youth through tour guiding.
Return to our lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
❖ Turaco Tree Tops 3-star
After our morning breakfast, we will visit the Kasenda craters. Take a short hike to the ‘Top of the World’ view point where we are able to see a lot of the small crater lakes within this region.
Visit the spectacular Lake Nyinambuga, continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park which is one of country’s best wildlife National parks with over 600 bird species, mammals like Lions, Leopards, elephants, buffaloes and so many others.

❖ Elephant Hab Lodge 3-star
After an early morning breakfast, depart for our morning game drive in Kasenyi areas. Look out for wildlife animals such as Lions, Leopards, Buffalos, Elephants, Antelopes, Warthogs, Waterbucks, Bushbucks and such.
Lunch and in the afternoon set out for a cruise along the Kazinga channel. The channel connects Lake Edward and Lake George. The channel is a home to one of Africa’s largest hippo populations and bird species. This 3 hour boat cruise will enrich you with views of the water loving animals such as Hippos, Elephants, Buffalos, Crocodiles and antelopes as well as bird species.
Return to our Lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
❖ Elephant Hab Lodge 3-star
After breakfast, leave the northern side of the park and transfer to the southern sector of Ishasha.
Spend the whole day on a game drive in search of the rare tree-climbing lions. These are famously found in fig trees.
Enjoy an evening sundowner with a few drinks to end the evening game drive.
❖ Embogo Lodge 3-star
Breakfast in the morning and embark on our journey to the famous Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
The park is well known for being a habitat for the endangered species of Mountain Gorillas.
Check in at our Lodge and enjoy lunch. Have the rest of the evening at our leisure.
❖ Gorilla Leisure/Four Gorillas Lodge 3-star
The day is finally here for your unforgettable life time experience of meeting face to face with the giant mountain Gorillas.
We will start our day with an early breakfast at our lodge and then transfer to the park headquarters for briefing. There are 4 sectors in which Gorilla trekking takes place within Bwindi Forest. The northern side of the park comprises Buhoma and Ruhija Sectors and the southern side comprises Rushaga and Nkuringo sectors. After Briefing, we will start on our day’s trek.
Searching for the gorillas may take like 2-5hrs depending on where they were last spotted the previous day. Once they have been spotted, we will be given one hour to take videos, photos and also get a chance to ask the rangers and the guides any questions about these giant apes. Besides the great Apes, the forest is also a home to other wildlife and bird species such as butterflies, primates, mammals, frogs and so on which all can be seen along the way to the Gorillas.
After seeing the Gorillas, we will then head back to our lodge and retire for the rest of the day.
The whole day activity can take between 5 to 9hrs.

❖ Four Gorillas/Gorilla Leisure Lodge 3-star
After breakfast, we will be transferred to Volcanoes National Park, which is home to the endangered Mountain Gorillas, other primate species like the Golden Monkeys as well as a lot of bird species.
The Park is located in northern Rwanda in Kinigi, Musanze. Our drive from BwindiNational Park to Volcanoes National Park will offer scenic views of the different villages with great landscapes.
Afternoon to enjoy a community walk to Red Rock, a local initiative that improves community livelihood through Environmental Conservation, Arts & Culture, Education, and Community Health & Security.
❖ Ingagi Park View Lodge for 3-Star
This morning after breakfast, we will be transferred from our lodge to the park headquarters for the days’ briefing about the Golden Monkeys trekking activity.
After the briefing from the park rangers, we will head into the forest to search for these beautiful creatures.
Trekking the Golden Monkeys may take 2-3hrs.
Return to our Lodge for lunch. Afternoon relaxation at our Lodge.
❖ Ingagi Park View Lodge 3-Star
We have the whole day to relax and enjoy ourselves at the hotel before taking our private transfer to the airport for our flight home after the most incredible adventure.
Please note that we will need to check out and store our luggage there securely until our transfer in the afternoon.
